MEET OUR FOUNDING ATTORNEY, EDWARD M. GRAVES III

Edward M. Graves III is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. He began his legal career in 2001 at a large, regional law firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2004, he founded his Accident & Injury law firm and strategically chose Cookeville, Tennessee as his home base, an excellent location with easy and fast access to Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. Since 2004, Mr. Graves has focused his law practice almost exclusively on representing people who have been injured in accidents as well as the families of those who have lost their lives due to the negligence of others.
Mr. Graves believes that the client experience and case outcome is the most critical part to the successful practice of Accident & Injury law. He believes the only way to maximize the client experience and case results is to be accessible to clients, and to maintain an office that is large enough to take on any Accident & Injury case but not so big that the client is just one of thousands of file numbers. One sit down meeting with Mr. Graves is all it takes to understand the difference.
When not practicing law, Mr. Graves enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He loves coaching his kids' sports, primarily baseball and football. Mr. Graves also enjoys competing in sports himself, and has completed a 140.6 mile Ironman triathlon. Mr. Graves is an instrument rated private pilot, and utilizes local airport conference rooms throughout the southeastern United States for client meetings, meetings with litigation experts, and depositions.
